Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you will love your new UNDGNS product, we understand that things don’t always go according to plan.

Return Window

You may return or exchange items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

returned in the original packaging
with all labels attached
unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
free from any signs of use or alterations

Each order includes a return form. Please include it inside the parcel so we can identify your order. Returns without identifiable information will be sent back to the sender.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a courier service or any tracked service, as we cannot guarantee delivery for untracked returns.

Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is refused at delivery, 5% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.

We recommend accepting the parcel and contacting us if something is wrong.

Refunds

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow:

7–10 days for us to receive and process your return
7–10 working days for the refund to appear after approval but please check the correct timelines with your bank

Exchanges

Exchange for a Different Size

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size. We will aim to process it quickly so you receive the right fit as soon as possible.

Alternatively, please contact us via the contact form or email us at undgns@gmail.com to express your intention to exchange. This process will follow the normal returns timelines. Once your return has made it back to us, we will immediately dispatch the new item.

Exchange for a Different Product

We do not accept exchanges for a different product. If you want to buy something else instead, please follow the returns process and buy the new item on a new order. 

Exchange Limitations

Each product can be exchanged once.

Further requests will be treated as standard returns.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been shipped, we can cancel it.

If the parcel has already left our atelier, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
